Would you consider building a risk plan based on 05-008, Medium Risk Work (Activity involves disassembly, inspection and/or handling components with the potential for contamination levels to exceed 200,000 dpm/100 cm². ) for diaphragm valves >200K when the diaphragm is being removed, bagged, surface is cleaned and diaphragm is replaced.
