In the order to ensure our organization is maximizing its efficiency, I have
been tasked with performing benchmarking on other similar organizations in the
industry. If the PWR plants could respond and provide me some feedback on how
their organization is structured, it would be of great help in answering
questions for my senior management team.

  1. How many Units are your plants?
  2. How many personnel are in your departments?
  3. Of those personnel, how many are technicians? Specialists? Supervisors?
 Superintendents? Mangers?
  4. How do you deal with online decon personnel? Are they employed by the
utility, contractors, or do you expect your in house RP Maintenance and
Operations personnel to perform the decon function during normal plant
operations?

Thanks for the help
