1. How many Units are your plant? DCPP is a 2 Unit PWR site (the site has approximately 1200 personnel) 1. How many personnel are in your department? RP Dept has 52 personnel 1. Of those personnel, how many are technicians? Specialists? Supervisors? Superintendents? Mangers? 1 Manager, 3 Superintendents, 8 Supervisors, 6 Engineers/Specialists, 22 RP Technicians, and 12 Deconners. RP Dept is responsible for the following programs: RP Operations, ALARA, Radwaste, REMP, GPI, Dosimetry, Respirators/SCBAs, Confined Space, RAM control, Shielding, Irradiators, RP Instruments, RP Technology, Offsite Emergency Lab, DCPP ISFSI, Humboldt Bay ISFSI 1. How do you deal with online decon personnel? Are they employed by the utility, contractors, or do you expect your in house RP Maintenance and Operations personnel to perform the decon function during normal plant operations? Our 12 person Decon crew are full time staff employees (normal plant operations).
