Hello fellow Health Physics workers. Once again in an effort to be more efficient in our organizational structure, we are asking for help from the industry here at Comanche Peak. This time, we are looking at our outage organization and the mixture of junior to senior RP Technicians that we hire. Currently, for an outage, Comanche Peak hires at a ratio of about 80/20 senior technicians to junior technicians. For example, this outage, we are bringing in 40 Senior Technicians and 10 Junior Technicians. I would like to get some benchmarking on what other utilities are using as far as staffing numbers and what types of job assignments they use their junior technicians for.
