Hi Jerri,
At Diablo Canyon, we use one RP specialist (air, water, beach sand, vegetation,
milk, TLDs, meat, market fish, intertidals, and groundwater sampling for GPI).
We ship all our samples to GEL in Charleston SC.

This person also collects CDPH split samples for California State and ships
those split samples to the State lab.

We used Tenera Environmental (vendor) for ocean sediment and fish. Tenera gives
those samples to the RP specialist for shipment to GEL.

Take Care,
Marty

Subject: [Powernet] REMP Sampling Collection

Benchmark question:
Point Beach currently use a Senior RP technician to collect REMP samples. In an
effort to better utilize resources Point Beach is asking who performs REMP
Sample collection at other Nuclear Power Plants? Vendor? State? Different work
group?

Thank you,
