I’m sorry to see you withdraw the email. Don’t be afraid of admitting you need more information to get through a new situation. I wish we had Powernet back in 1981 when Trojan had failed fuel. There were so many problems and so few solutions available. Regulators generally understand the need to look for advice and I have found they give you a break when you look for help and use the good advice from other facilities. Doesn’t INPO have lessons learned available? If you want help from a person who lived through significant failed fuel episodes and made through decommissioning at the same plant let me know.
