Cooper Nuclear Station is looking for how your sites control your main condenser during refueling outages. CNS requires all personnel entering the main condenser be signed in on the clearance order vs an individual such as a condenser coordinator who holds the section and individuals are allowed to work under the section holder (individual workers would still have to sign on to clearance order if they are breaching individual systems). How do your sites control the tagout/worker protection of the main condenser?
