Don't get discouraged. I read your posts intently & with enthusiasm.  
I'm still processing them. Thank you for posting them.

I too am interested in coming up to speed to be a higher quality  
member of this project. Posts such as what you've given in the last  
couple days are more helpful than you can imagine.
