Hi, We felt it necessary to do the merge (11,000 files) and deal with the 
outcome upfront. Waiting 6 months between syncs is not recommended :( but just 
worked out that way. We're hopefully a bit wiser with the experience and expect 
that it will be beneficial for all moving forward, not only to the people here, 
but to the new community members as well. It's far from perfect but a better 
base to build on.
