There definitely is support for this idea, I love the idea of booting to 
Solaris on a MacBook and I am sure that I am one of many. Insofar as I can see 
right now we are going to have to wait for grub to have efi support and then 
see where we go from there, any chance someone could shed some light on how 
feasible booting with EFI is?
