At this precise moment, my laptop is plugged in and KPowersave shows the
following string on its yellow tooltip:
Plugged in -- 78% charged -- battery is charging -- 600 MHz
But 'acpi -V' shows the time left until full charge:
Battery 1: charging, 79%, 00:26:14 until charged
Thermal 1: ok, 44.0 degrees C
Thermal 2: ok, 45.0 degrees C
AC Adapter 1: on-line
And cat /proc/acpi/battery/*/* shows:
alarm: 428 mAh
present: yes
design capacity: 4400 mAh
last full capacity: 4287 mAh
battery technology: rechargeable
design voltage: 11100 mV
design capacity warning: 428 mAh
design capacity low: 16 mAh
capacity granularity 1: 100 mAh
capacity granularity 2: 100 mAh
model number: BAT1
serial number: 1
battery type: LION
OEM info: LGIBM
present: yes
capacity state: ok
charging state: charging
present rate: 1994 mA
remaining capacity: 3415 mAh
present voltage: 12533 mV
(I am running Beta4)
