The problem is that you cannot enable it from here if you disabled it in the
control center. There really is just the option to "disable" it if it was
enabled in kcontrol, or leave it disabled if it was disabled in kcontrol.
We do not provide the option to enable it if it was disabled in kcontrol.

I hope this makes it more clear why we do it this way.

One fine day, we will get a kcontrol module that will integrate all that
nicely, but we still have some way to go until world domination ;-)
