SUSE 10.0 packages are already available on sourceforge, FC4
The 0.12.x packages [1] are still tagged as unstable. Maybe it would a good idea to change that. > CPU Hotplugging > =============== [snip] > this also works for desktop or server systems. Thanks to Stefan Seyfried for doing the most I guess this means that I will start packaging s2ram as soon as time permits. I'm one of those who need the acpi_sleep=... so I will give it a try as soon as I have working packages. Is there currently only a CVS checkout available? I couldn't find a downloadable tarball on the give URL? Two more points that I think would be really great for powersave-0.13: * Make properties overrideable by the user. E.g. it should be possible that the user can set what happens on a lid close event in kpowersave or any other graphical client. It still should be possible to lock down certain features through powersaved. * A KCM module for kcontrol as a replacement/complement for the YaST module. This would make all of us non SuSEs happy ;-) Maybe I'll give it a try myself. Depends on the amount of spare time I have.
