Yes, the bluetooth after resume problem is also fixed. Thanks!

Another unrelated note: I had trouble suspending while Thinkpad was
docked in. Laptop would hard lock. I had to insert usbhid in the list
of modules to remove-at-suspend/reinsert-at-resume to get past this. I
have a USB wireless mouse receiver plugged into the docking station -
which must be causing this module to load. Maybe, this module should
be in the default list of modules to load/unload.
