Currently 0.13.5 should be rather stable, nearly as stable as
0.12.x. There is not much difference, except CPU hotplugging support and
some fixes in the library. The next release will be 0.14.0 which is the
consequence of 0.13.5. We are currently fixing some last smaller bugs, see
the other mails on this list. So you should be rather save with 0.13.x or
0.14.x which will be released in a week or two.
Due to the redesign which is going on, 0.14.x will be the last stable
release of the "old" powersave. I'm not quite sure how to continue naming
afterwards. Maybe a 0.21.x is appropriate for upcoming unstable
releases. Suggestions welcome.
