Thanks for the quick response. I understand that my windows partitions 
should be unmounted in linux if I am to reboot to windows while 
hiberbating. That happened automatically under SuSE 10.1. 

What is the equivalent of BOOT_LOADER="OTHER" 
in /etc/sysconfig/powersave/common under pm-utils in SuSE 10.2?
