I'm confused.

On the control channel if you watch the OpenFlow traffic, I would expect to see 
flow_mods which include the rewrite action.  But not any actually rewritten 
packets, because you're not rewriting the control traffic.

On other interfaces (e.g., to the hosts), I would expect to see some packets 
(not OpenFlow) with rewritten addresses.
