It didn't before just now, but only because there's so little demand. But I've
just pushed experimental support for it to dart.
To run a listener in SSL mode, you probably want to start of_01 with
--private-key and --certificate and possibly --ca-cert. Like:
./pox.py openflow.of_01 --port=6634 --private-key=ctl-privkey.pem
The pem files are the files as described in Open vSwitch's INSTALL.SSL file and
the ovs-controller man page.
