Mahasiswa indonesia di Allahabad juga boleh ngisi formulirnya, 
Kalau mau untuk lebih cepat silahkan kirim lewat e-mail dan pas 
fotonya di scan aja, ntar yg aslinya dikirim nyusul ke PPI;
