At the moment, it's not directly available to download from a public site, but we do share it with researchers on a case-by-case basis. In the future, I hope to clear the remaining hurdles with making it available. That said, some of the data (e.g. video recordings) will not be directly downloadable, because there are privacy concerns that require us to share on a case-by-case basis only.
