Mark,

As a result of my research, I have produced a set of guidelines which
aim to help novices communicate better within their pairs. I have made
these guidelines publically available on www.pairprogramming.co.uk.

If you should also make your papers publicly available. Only one is
not behind a paywall.

Also researchers are starting to make their data public, which enables
others to analyse their results (and is useful for people writing books)

Your feedback, or any efforts you could make in circulating these
guidelines, would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Mark
