Artinya Israel akan melakukan hal hal tidak diinginkan terhadap Hamas dan masyarakat Palestina. Berbahaya bila akan memparahkan situasi dengan saling membalas dendam sehingga perjanjian peta damai akan gagal total.
Perlu ada memperingatkan HAMAS dan Israel agar lebih menahan diri, bila dilanggar, sebaiknya didenda misalnya.
