Banyak orang [negara] buka mulut tidak mau kalah ----- tetapi kalau betul2 harus buka kantong [duit] kemungkinan ada, bahwa kantong itu tertutup atau ada peraturan baru " I give you something you give me something " - jadi semacam symbiose. Kalau Symbiose tidak klik well forget it. Karena itu yg sudah dapat kita lansung ambil yg dijanjikan kita tidak perlu perhitungkan. Perhubungan negara dgn negara adalah sama dgn person to person. Sebagai contoh kalau Iran ada malapetaka US janjikan sesuatu - apakah perjanjian ini akan terjadi ataukah hanya tulisan diudara terang. Ini kan sama dgn negara Arab - kita harapkan mereka sebagai sesama muslim bakal bantu - tetapi hasilnya kan kita lihat sendiri - hanya negara2 "kafir" yg bantu 100%. Andreas
