    kalo di negara seperti jerman,
    para insinyur bangsa asing merasa masih
    punya peluang, bukan karena mereka merasa lebih
    'unggul' dibanding insinyur 'pribumi' jerman,
    tetapi memang dalam bbrp. tahun terakhir ini
    menurut hasil pemantauan VDI (PII-nya jerman)
    secara statistik terjadi kelangkaan tenaga
    insinyur, alias banyak lowongan tenaga teknik 
    yang tidak terisi.
 
    sebab mengapa-nya cukup kompleks, tetapi salah
    satu sebab yg. mudah dijelaskan adalah karena
    memang dalam 10 tahun terakhir ini terjadi
    penurunan minat orang jerman masuk ke fakultas 
    teknik ( apa ini juga ada kaitannya dengan 
    perubahan demografi, masih belum begitu jelas ).

    nah, sekarang melihat iklan lowongan pekerjaan
    yang dikirim mbak Lina di bawah ini, saya
    tidak melihat peluang orang asing - dari
    negara berkembang seperti Indo - akan
    besar di sini, karena saya lihat lingkup
    job-nya banyak membutuhkan orang yang "kenal
    medan", jadi ya kayaknya susah bersaing 
    dengan tenaga India pribumi.

    kecuali untuk orang bule kali, kulit bule
    mereka selalu memang punya nilai lebih :)
