SR 2.67 Billion Swicorp Joussour Company Established Riyadh, Aug 04, SPA*-- Hisham Abdullah Yamani, the Minister of Commerce and Industry endorsed today the establishment of "The Swicorp Joussour Company" -- a closed shareholding company with its headquarters based in Riyadh city. The Company is to be established with an amount of SR 2,670,000,000, split into 267,000,000 shares, with each share valued at SR 10. The Company's founders have already subscribed 25 percent of the shares worth of SR 667, 500, 000 deposited in a local Saudi bank. The Swicorp Joussour Company will seek to invest in Saudi Arabia, primarily in midstream and downstream petrochemicals, energy-intensive industries, power generation and ancillary businesses to the oil & gas and petrochemicals sectors.
