menyetujui pengunduran diri ketiga direktur Perhutani ini. Karena itu, guna menghindari terjadinya kekosongan anggota direksi karena Dirut dan Dirum diberhentikan sementara oleh dewan pengawas (Dewas) maka ketiganya tetap menjalankan tugas sebagai anggota-anggota direksi Perum perhutani.<BR><BR>Menneg BUMN dalam suratnya juga meminta Dewas untuk membatalkan Diktum ketiga Keputusan Dewas, sekaligus menunjuk anggota-anggota direksi yang ada untuk melaksanakan tugas-tugas Direktur Utama dan direktur umum sampai ada penetapan lebih lanjut.<BR><BR>Sayangngnya, surat rahasia Menneg BUM ini tidak menganulir keputusan Dewas tentang posisi Dirut dan Dirum Perhutani. Keputusan atas status pemberhentian sementara Dr Ir Transtoto Handadhari selaku Direktur Utama dan Drs sondang Gultom selaku Direktur umum akan ditetapkan kemudian secara tersendiri sesuai ketentuan yang berlalu.<BR><BR>Namun kehadiran tiga direktur yang mengundurkan diri ini ditolak oleh Forum Karyawan. Menurut Marison Guciano dari Forum Karyawan Perhutani, penolakan ini terjadi karena ketiga direktur tersebut tidak tepat memimpin Perhutani. <BR><BR>"Perhutani ini bukan lembaga RT-RW atau toko kelontong yang seenaknya orang bisa keluar masuk. Dari awal, skenario 3 direktur dipaksa mundur lalu Dewan pengawas men take over direksi sudah kami baca. Kami hanya mempertanyakan di mana hati nurani ke-3 direktur itu," tambahnya. <BR><BR>Karena itu katanya dalam waktu dekat seluruh karyawan Perhutani akan melakukan aksi demontrasi. Aksi ini bertujuan untuk menolak kembalinya 3 direktur yang sudah mengundurkan diri kembali ke Perhutani. Insya Allah, 28 Desember 2007 kami akan turun. Kami tak sudi dipimpin oleh Direktur yang bermental tempe, ujarnya.<BR><BR>Morison mengaku kalau ketiga Direktur Perhutani ini bukan mengundurkan diri. Tetapi ketiganya dipaksa untuk mundur. Sebab ketiganya diancam akan dipecat kalau tidak mengundurkan diri. Saya mendengar mereka dipaksa Dewan pengawas untuk mengundurkan diri. Kalau tidak mau akan dipecat. Dan 3 direktur mengakui ditelepon Dewas agar mundur. Kalau mundur, maka akan diaktifkan lagi. Karena takut periuk nasi mereka hilang, mereka ikut skenario dewas," lanjutnya.<BR><BR>Lebih lanjut, Morison menegaskan kalau motif politik menjadi alas an pemberhentian Dirut dan Dirum ini. Bahkan Morison menyebutkan ada kepentingan kelompok atau Parpol menjelang Pemilu 2009. Saya yakin itu. Memang Muslimin Nasution bukan pengurus Parpol. Namun kemungkinan beliau orang yang berafiliasi dengan Parpol dan kelompok tertentu. Saya dengar dia dekat dengan Partai Bulan Bintang (PBB), imbunya. <BR><BR>Dugaan kepentingan politik dibalik penggusuran ini sangat kental sekali. Maklum saat ini, di Pulau Jawa ada 20 jutaan masyarakat desa hutan yang bekerjasama dengan Perhutani melalui program Pengelolaan Hutan Bersama Masyarakat (PHBM). Itu potensi suara. Mereka tinggal menempatkan orang di Birokrasi Perhutani dan memerintahkannya untuk menggalang massa, ujarnya.
