se-umur hidup...with no parole bagi penjahat2 kelas kakap, dan pembunuh

hidup.
Kapan aku bisa dengar...mbah Harto dijatuhi hukuman in abstensia?
Kapan,... kapan......aku masih menanti.....aku yakin bila hukum ditegakkan

February 4, 07:35 PM Bali bombers' cases to be reviewed The executions of
three 2002 Bali bombers has been pushed back again, after they won a last-ditch
bid for a review of their cases.
Survivors and relatives of some of the 88 Australians who died in the
bombings erupted in anger, after again learning they would have to wait longer
for justice.
"I am bitterly disappointed that the Indonesian government is letting these
criminals' needs be met," said Perth man Peter Hughes, who survived horrific
injuries in the nightclub attacks organised by the trio.
"I think maybe the Indonesian government should show some strength and put
these guys to death as they should be ... (They) are starting to get a hero
status now."
Melbourne man David Stewart, whose son Anthony died in the bombings, said he
expected more delays, and accused the Indonesian government of being scared of
further bombings.
"The Indonesian government don't want to execute them because they are afraid
of more bombings," he said.
"They don't want to ... shoot them in case some of those bastards let off
more bombs. This will go on for a long time yet, I think."
Monica Sanderson, whose son Greg was on a trip with the Forbes Rugby Club
when he died in the bombings, was shaken by the news.
"It's never over, is it?" she said.
But Adelaide man Brian Deegan, whose son Joshua died in Bali, continued his
opposition to the executions of so-called smiling assassin Amrozi Nurhasyim,
his brother Ali Ghufron (alias Mukhlas) and Imam Samudra.
"I was vehemently opposed (to the death penalty) before the death of Joshua
and to change that philosophy would be opportunistic, hypocritical and, really,
coated in vengeance," he said.
This is the second time the bombers have gone to court seeking a judicial
review.
They had initially been due to face the firing squad in 2006, but their
executions were halted after they asked the courts to take a fresh look at
their cases. That review was rejected.
But Denpasar District Court head Nyoman Gde Wirya said the Supreme Court had
accepted the latest request.
The Denpasar court had appointed three judges to handle each of the three
cases, he said.
"The Supreme Court has ordered Denpasar District Court to form a panel of
judges for the cases of judicial review submitted by (bombers') lawyers," he
said.
"The head of Denpasar District Court will leave it to the judges in each case
(to decide) when it will be held."
The Indonesian government had previously warned the court bid would delay the
bombers' executions if it was not immediately quashed.
A spokesman for Indonesia's Attorney General said the bombers would not be
executed until the Supreme Court handed down its final decision.
"We have to wait for the Supreme Court decision, like it or not," the
spokesman told AAP.
The bombers' lawyers have previously said the lawsuit will challenge
retroactive laws under which the men were convicted.
"This is something quite positive," defence lawyer Achmad Michdan said,
adding that he would visit the three at their Nusakambangan island prison to
tell them about the development.
"We are glad that the Supreme Court has finally acknowledged this."
The men played key roles in the twin nightclub bombings in Kuta, Bali, on
October 12, 2002, which killed 202 people including 88 Australians.
