In an address he delivered during the opening session of the Constitutional Democratic Rally (RCD), Congress works, President Abbas said that Palestine draws hope on the achievement of peace, thanks to the Arab commitment for the Arab peace initiative in order to settle all contentious issues, such as the question of the refugees, on the basis of international law.
