*Russia, Bulgaria sign Soviet debt repayment agreement * *MOSCOW*, February 5 (Itar-Tass) - *Russia* and *Bulgaria* have signed an intergovernmental agreement here on Thursday on the repayment of the remainder of* the Soviet* debt to Bulgaria. The signing ceremony was held in the presence of the presidents of the two countries at the close of their talks in the Kremlin. Russia's aggregate debt to Bulgaria according to Soviet accounts was about $100 million. At one time, Moscow undertook to fully repay it by 2004 through the supply of nuclear fuel to the Bulgarian nuclear power station Kozlodui and special products to the Bulgarian army.
