because it was hidden in a password protected attachment, nor did the
list policies help which allow only subscribed members to send
messages and which restrict the size of messages.
Your advice should be taken literally for ALL e-mails, as we just received a warning from our university, that password protected attachements cannot be scanned by the virus scanner. Although, it seems safe to open a password protected attachment from a person you know, caution is required.
