Sort of. In the Full Screen Prefereneces hou have \
"Advance every ..." you can also set a \pdfliteral{}
and have your images included using
something like
\rlap{\includegraphics{1}\pause}
\rlap{\includegraphics{2}\pause}
\rlap{\includegraphics{3}\pause}
\rlap{\includegraphics{4}\pause}
\includegraphics{5}
