Review comment:
       I am not sure. Locally I tried several times and it never failed so far. 
In your experience has that happened? If so, would we want to hide the failure 
or surface it by failing the test? I feel if it is a rare case we can leave it 
like this and have it failed in that rare case for somebody to take a look.
