If not, I think we could simply set an `invalidated` flag on the accept message we send out in the NotWitnessed/Preaccepted case. We might also be able to just interpret a non-zero accepted ballot as having invalidated a transaction if we adjust how we deal with previously accepted operations in recover. We could dispense with most/all of the parallel invalidating proposal/commit stuff and simplify the progress log state in that case. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
