There is an in-JVM dtest (`UnifiedCompactionDensitiesTest`) for the part that can be affected by local ownership. Another reason I would use a dtest is to check behaviour on shutting down and restarting, but in this case the strategy is stateless and should not need it. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
