looking good. i need to spend more time thinking about how this will integration into the scripts and jenkinsfiles. test_list and splitting particularly comes to mind. wondering if we can really merge this without it being taken in use somewhere…? i am assuming this belongs in an architectural layer above the build system (build.xml) and the test scripts.
