[CASSANDRA-18875](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-18875) This PR upgrades to the latest snakeyaml release - [2.2](https://bitbucket.org/snakeyaml/snakeyaml/wiki/Changes) We need to run with a recent version of snakeyaml in our distribution of Cassandra so that we can use newer versions of jackson-databind without shading the snakeyaml jar.
