Review Comment:
   Besides, based on the existing CopyTable Statement compilation file, I also 
implemented the function of supporting the definition of certain table 
attributes when copying tables as required by the previous discussion. It was 
successfully compiled and tested. 
   Test code : 
   `CREATE TABLE ks.tb like ks1.tb with compaction = 
{'class':'UnifiedCompactionStrategy'} AND ID = '111'`. 
   parser code:
   `copyTableStatement returns  [CopyTableStatement.Raw stmt]
       @init { boolean ifNotExists = false; }
       : K_CREATE K_COLUMNFAMILY newCf=columnFamilyName K_LIKE 
oldCf=columnFamilyName
         { $stmt = new CopyTableStatement.Raw(newCf, oldCf); }
         ( K_WITH property[stmt.attrs] ( K_AND property[stmt.attrs] )*)?
       ;`
   
   we only need to add 
   ` ( K_WITH property[stmt.attrs] ( K_AND property[stmt.attrs] )*)?`
   to the existing code.
   
   I will  bring `if (!attrs.hasProperty(Table Attributes.ID))` back when we 
are going to support the feature of setting table params when coping table.
