Actually, it seems it applies to any non-SAI index implementation. Looking
into
[`isQueryable()`](https://github.com/datastax/cassandra/blob/main/src/java/org/apache/cassandra/index/Index.java#L496-L499)
(which is used to decide if we add to `queryableIndexes`) - it returns always
true for non-SAI implementations.
