Thanks @beobal, I've implemented that. Regarding downgrades... what's our
usual approach for modifying schema tables? I could perhaps avoid populating
this property until accord is enabled, although this is a bit tricky as we want
the allocation of uniqueId to be deterministic when we turn this on. Which
actually makes me wonder if this should be switched on via some TCM
transformation, as of some specific epoch.
