Review Comment:
   That 1% you added is like the 5% I was suggesting iiuc.
   
   But you know sometimes I'm just an idiot. As every pstmnt comes with it's 
size precomputed now, you can add those as you load them. Then compare against 
the max weight of the cache trashing and simplifying all this. You stop loading 
when the accumulated size > caffeine max weight.
   
   Trash all those page boundaries, cache full methods, counters, % guards,...
   
   Apologies about the noise. I don't know how I didn't think about it before
