If we follow the CI process for my current [PR](https://github.com/apache/cassandra-java-driver/pull/2063) to automatically update the doc, the manual for the current `4.x` branch will be hosted at the `latest` link, while the latest release version will have the version name, e.g. `4.19.2`.
