+ * Implementation of {@link OperationalJob} to perform repair operation.
+ *

+ * Cassandra repair operations are asynchronous and can run for extended
periods. When a repair is
+ * detected to be IN_PROGRESS, this job sets its status to RUNNING and
completes its promise.
+ *

+ * The job's status can be checked at any time using the {@link #status()}
method, which directly
+ * queries the current repair status from Cassandra, regardless of whether the
promise has been completed.
+ *

+ * This design ensures timely responses to clients while allowing accurate
status reporting for
+ * long-running repair operations.

Review Comment:
 Will rename to `jobSubmissionPromise` for clarity.

 The `repairJobPromise.tryComplete()` call completes the execution promise
but does NOT mean the repair job itself is complete. The promise represents the
"job submission and validation" phase, not the actual repair completion (unless
we receive a COMPLETED repair status).

 Here, completing the promise releases the periodic timer that was polling
for status. It frees up the internal thread pool resources that were being used
for status checking and job transitions from "waiting for confirmation" to
"confirmed running".

 After promise completion, status checks transition from the periodic polling
mechanism to the `status()` method.
 The `status()` method directly queries Cassandra via
`storageOperations.getParentRepairStatus(commandId)` for real-time status.
