Thanks for the patch @MikeLaptev! I've run a local build with these changes and confirmed that this does indeed address the problem so I'm going to ninja this fix in immediately. While looking I also noticed that mkdocs apparently requires four spaces to indent a sub-item in a bullet list. I'm going to create a follow-up ninja to clean that up in a few spaces I came across quickly... but we probably need something more systemic to make sure we've hit everything. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
