subscribed schema listeners and policy to it, so no need to explicitly call 
them in refreshSchemas()
   
   Yeah that's true, up to you if you want to do this now, I think it's not 
necessary but your call. The event bus implementation has a few caveats that 
might take some time to get right if you want the bus to handle all types of 
events for both listeners and policy
