Review Comment:
`PreparedStatementCachingIT` had conflicts with
`PreparedStatementCancellationIT`, as they are both `IsolatedTests` and were
using the same table names.
UdtCodecIT is not relevant, as it's `ParallelizableTests`, not running in
parallel with IsolatedTests.
