Pull request Description: Because of parser streaming, the parser error was not showing clearly and the tests successfully parsed before the parse error were being run. This is bad. There is work going on in the rdf-tests community group. For now, abruptly exit on parse errors, after the logging the error. This is better than executing partial test suites.
