* Each set of javacc-generated files is in a subdirectory `/javacc/`
* License headers adjusted to add `SPDX-License-Identifer`
* Script cleanup and simplification
Bonus: healthcheck! all parsers (except SPARQL 1.0, SPARQL 1.1 which are
archived gramamrs) have been regenerated testing the process of making the java
parsers.
