Appeal to the press
Letter to the Editors;
I am a retired Dipl. Engineer. After arriving in the US as an immigrant, I
naively believed and expected that the laws in this country were developed for
the people and by the people to serve and protect the citizens against gangsters
and bandits. Sadly, I experienced that nothing could be farther from that
belief!!
For more then two years now, I am fighting a court battle. I am falsely accused
of physical assault by gangsters from a big corporation after being beaten and
brutalized by Police serving that corporation as its hit squad. The attorney I
hired to represent me, took my $9,000 K401 retirement fund and quit my case with
the acceptance of a judge. Already eight attorneys (7 public attorneys) and five
judges have been involved in this case and to date, there have been twenty court
appearances, all to impose on me to plead guilty although I have done nothing
wrong and have not violated any law. The purpose of that bargain was just to
protect wrong doing by Nortel Corporation and Police of Santa Clara. Each time I
was promised by prosecution that there will be no punishment, no criminal
record, just "anger control consulting". When I rejected that offer then again
intimidation by increasing number of charges from the three at the beginning, up
to the ten criminal charges at most.
The history of my court case proves that the Justice system and the FBI have no
concern for the law, the facts or the public interest but is serving big
corporations and the big money elite.
After more then two years of struggle, I seek to make this case public. I
strongly believe that the Justice system should serve the "People of
California", should protect those, that are victimized instead of serving
corporate gangsters and their hit squads. I am asking the press and other public
media to help me in this struggle. I would appreciate the opportunity to provide
you with all the related information to support my innocence.
