Nico, as you might recall, with your help we revised the saslprepbis document to remove the inappropriate text about case folding. :-)
Also, after talking with Yutaka and Julian at the last IETF meeting, personally I concluded that we do indeed need a separate PRECIS profile for HTTPAUTH (not merge it into saslprepbis).
