If we split the username definition from saslprepbis into two profiles
(which I would strongly prefer to do), the profile names might become
quite long:
UsernamecasemappedIdentifierClass
UsernamecasepreservedIdentifierClass
Ick!
I'd prefer to say "the UsernameCasePreserved profile of the
IndentifierClass", so that under normal circumstances we can refer to it
by a slightly shorter name ("UsernameCasePreserved").
