I've updated the profile specs (saslprepbis, nickname, 6122bis). The
substantive changes are:
1. Define two username profiles in saslprepbis: UsernameCaseMapped and
UsernameCasePreserved.
2. Point from 6122bis to saslprepbis for the definition of an XMPP
localpart (i.e., use the UsernameCaseMapped profile).
These changes have been discussed a bit on this list, and I have seen no
objections yet. In the interest of completing our work, I made the
changes so that Patrik can take the revised specs into account during
his reviews.
